A Commander's Cup event! 3 attempts for all participants, whom will be divided into various weight classes. Highest successful bench press attempt per weight class will receive a prize.

Additionally- anyone who competes in the Bench Press, Squat, AND Deadlift competitions and lifts a total of 1000lbs+ will be added to our "1000lb Challenge: Wall of Greatness"!
