Monthly Dues $10
Widowed Spouse $5
Dockage Charges per foot per month (3-month minimum)
Open Wet $4.10 per foot/per month
Covered Wet $5.75 per foot/per month
Dry Storage $1.50 per foot/per month
($20.25 minimum)

Transient Dockage (Not Staying Aboard)
Members $5 per day
Nonmembers $18 per day
Eligible nonmembers 95 cents per foot per day

Transient Dry Storage
Members and Active Duty $2 per day
Nonmembers $4 per day

Maintenance Area Parking
Members $3 per day not to exceed 14 days
$4 per day over 14 days with management approval only

Trailer Rental (Marina Area Only)
Single/Double Axle power boats 24' and under: flat fee up to 7 days use $25
(over 14 days requires management approval)
Triple Axle sailboats and 25' to 30' powerboats: flat fee up to 7 days use $35
(over 14 days requires management approval)

Miscellaneous Services
(All services below, signed work order required)
Maintenance Crew will pull your boat out of the water or put it back in the water for you.
Boat In/Out $8 (fee applies to service with your trailer; if club trailer is required; see trailer rental fees)
Miscellaneous Maintenance Crew Charge: $5 per 15 minutes per maintenance crew member
