BACK TO BASICS - INCENTIVE PROGRAM (PHASE 1-4) DESCRIPTION:  Body composition is a measure of one's muscle and fat tissues and can be used to indicate one's risk for developing health disorders related to excess levels of body fat.  Additionally, the site of fat storage can also indicate an increased risk for health issues that can negatively impact one's quality of life.  A regular exercise program and balanced eating plan are key to improving one's body composition.  The program will run for the entire year to facilitate lifestyle change and is divided into four phases so that re-assessment of progress and individual goals can occur on a timely basis for motivational purposes. A certified fitness staff member of your choice will meet with you to establish your goals and develop a fitness program designed to assist you in accomplishing them. A health history questionnaire is required prior to receiving your fitness program. All phases run from 8 am to 4 pm at both PAFB and CCAFS Fitness Centers. Phase 1: Jan 14 - Mar 15, Phase 2: Apr 15 - Jun 24, Phase 3: Jul 15 - Sep 24, Phase 4: Oct 7 - Dec 16
